Chip extractors are used to extract and collect small chips produced during wood and plastic processing. With a flexible hose, the extraction can be connected directly to the machine tool.
Low weight, small dimensions and self-pivoting wheels in the base allow easy movement of the dust extractor. The chips are collected in a foil bag, which can be removed and disposed of after filling This allows for easy and quick removal of contaminants
WNF chip extractors consist of a base equipped with four self-swivelling wheels that enable this Easy movement of the set. A stand is attached to the base, on which a fan with a ring for mounting a filter bag and a foil bag for waste is mounted. The set includes a switch and a socket with a phase inverter.
On request, the extractors can be supplied in any wheel from the RAL palette (standard RAL 5010 – blue).
Electric motor manufactured according to the applicable directives and efficiencies, marked with CE marking. Insulation class – F. Protection class – IP55.
Power supply – three-phase 230 / 400V 50Hz, 400V 50Hz, 400 / 690V 50Hz or single-phase 230V 50Hz (depending on fan model and motor power).
